24/7 Technologies, founded in 2002 as a franchise of Computer Troubleshooters, provides computer service, support and training to small and home-based businesses. President and his team help business owners by handling their computer service needs, ranging from staff training, data backup, service contracts as well as assistance with day-to-day operations of their computer systems. This patchwork manner of running the business bothered the President and the rest of his team at 24/7 Technologies, but they were too busy running their rapidly growing business - as is the case with many small businesses. After reviewing many CRM solutions, the company chose the Results software solution.
