A Global 2000 crop protection company needed a faster and more efficient way of collecting sales related information from their national network of distributors. The existing processes involved biweekly visits to agricultural chemical distributors to check the amount of product sold and inspect the condition of the chemical tanks for EPA guidelines. The sales representatives would be forced to write down all information, and then re-key the same data whenever they got back to their office. Eastridge worked with the customer to define hardware, software, time, and budget requirements that would lead to a much faster and more streamlined process.
