The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) is a non-profit trade association whose 2,650 member companies conduct business worldwide in the motor vehicle aftermarket industry. AAIA was looking to enhance their existing system, written in ASP, to a system that takes advantage of the .NET framework, which would provide better system integration, increased security, and improved performance and scalability. i3solutions enhanced the existing AAIA system to work with and leverage the .NET technology. All future projects and enhancements to key existing functionality will be developed using .NET technology. Therefore AAIA will be taking advantage of .NET's ability to remove barriers to data sharing and software integration, easily exchange data, help users manage personal information, and protect against unauthorized access to that information.
