ABN AMRO has traditionally conducted management training in stand-up classroom sessions using hardcopy materials. The bank began looking for a training solution that could be delivered without regard to time, distance, or location. The bank wanted to develop an interactive CD-ROM that instructs managers on how to conduct objective-setting meetings with employees. They chose Authorware to create the courseware because it enabled them to integrate a full range of rich-media components into a single interactive training application.
