Scotland's West Dunbartonshire Council and consulting firm Deloitte have both won British Computer Society (BCS) Professional Development Awards. The Awards were created with the aim of recognising, encouraging and supporting best practice within employers' career development programmes. The BCS chief executive believes that such initiatives are vital to improving the image of the IT profession.
