Dassault Aviation is one of the aviation industry's major global players. Technical quality, performance and innovation are its key success factors in this highly competitive market. The need to simplify support and improve quality of service for the end-user was the main catalysts for a recent major change in Dassault Aviation's approach to managing its printing and imaging infrastructure. Other objectives were to control and reduce costs. Dassault Aviation's needs were met by HP Pay per use services, part of HP's Total Print Management (TPM) solution. HP's approach is based on a proven methodology to assess, deploy, manage and support the printing and imaging infrastructures. The solution, based on a "Level pay" billing option incorporates formal service level agreements.
