Zivnostenska bank is the oldest Czech bank operating in the country, and it was the first bank in Central and Eastern Europe privatized by means of foreign capital. The outsourcing project provided Zivnostenska bank with a fully professional team of experts who can be flexibly changed depending on the current needs of the bank management. Logos stabilized the IT team of professionals, restructured and reduced wage costs, and in particular ensured a stable development of the legacy system and a migration to a new banking system used by the group of UniCredito Italiano.
