Public Sector Organization (PSO) is a division of the Swedish government's public transportation authority. In 2001, PSO had been using Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 for some time and realized the need to upgrade to Windows 2000 Server. With this decision came the realization that they needed to train their employees in order to secure a smooth implementation. In these circumstances, PSO sought a training partner who could secure the personnel's required competence.
