Cisco Systems is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet. After several flat years, as a result of the 2000 technology sector crash, the economy finally began showing signs of recovery in 2003. Cisco knew it was time again to invest in hiring and training a new, highly-qualified and certified Cisco sales force that could hit the ground running. In particular, it was time to dust off the Associate Systems Engineers (ASEs) training program. Global Knowledge explored Cisco's strategic goals and objectives as well as the individual students' needs, and developed a comprehensive, blended learning solution to meet all the needs of Cisco's newly-hired ASEs.
