Grand Plaza is a new 764-unit luxury high-rise apartment building occupying a very desirable square city block bounded by Ohio, State, Grand and Dearborn in downtown Chicago. The architect and co-developer of the building wanted to offer something other upscale buildings in the area were not: high-speed Internet access from every apartment unit, for free. Cisco Premier partner RMS presented a cost-effective, flexible solution that appealed to the building owner. In order to assure the best success for Grand Plaza, RMS implemented PROCESS10, a standard methodology developed by RMS that employs high-level requirement definition and which the firm always uses to plan out new installations.
