This paper provides a list of the TCP and UDP ports that Cisco CallManager 4.1 utilizes. It provides important information for the configuration of Firewalls, Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Quality of Service (QoS) on a network when there is an IP Communications solution implemented. While virtually all protocols are bi-directional, in all cases in this paper, directionality is given from the session originator's perspective. In some cases, it is possible for the administrator to manually change the default port numbers, though Cisco does not recommend this as a best practice.
