ANM resources have worked on providing solution to of the leading banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Bank was looking for an overall solution with the New Electronic Banking Systems that would replace the earlier ATM/EFTPOS switch, Card Management System, Claims and Charge backs system and Reconciliation & Settlement Systems. The selection of a new solution and supporting systems for Bank were primarily driven by a need to improve the efficiency of debit card issue, acquiring and related balancing and management processes at the Bank, which were constrained by the nature of the earlier switch and supporting systems.
