Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (DKB) is an international banking firm with offices throughout the world. The Data Services group provides information security to clients across the globe. The bank had no formal project management process. All projects, task, and status of reports were not properly coordinated, and constant communication was needed with upper management. They wanted a solution with extensive reporting in a team environment while utilizing Lotus Notes. After evaluating several other project management applications, DKB selected ProjecTrak. ProjecTrak Project Manager was an excellent solution that gave them a centralized database with vast reporting capabilities and outstanding management overview.
