University of the Pacific is an independent university offering personalized education and small class sizes. The University needed a solution that was automatic, accurate, and network-based and that required no desktop intervention. The solution implemented was WormScout, which incorporates ForeScout's patented ActiveResponse technology, which automatically stops known and unknown "zero-day" worm infections from proliferating through networks, whether they try to enter through remote or mobile connections or through the perimeter.
