The State of Delaware Department of Technology and Information (DTI) was created to ensure that the state's information technology resources are focused on areas core to the state's mission, while maintaining network security and availability for its users. The State of Delaware needed a comprehensive web security solution to keep spyware and viruses from entering the state's networks, prevent users from accessing inappropriate web content, and maintain a 200 Mbps connection to the Internet. Delaware solved their spyware problem with Blue Coat's preventive gateway anti-spyware solution, which combines high-performance Blue Coat Proxy SG and Proxy AV appliances.
