T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, established itself as the leading mobile telecommunications provider. But, in spite of its success, T- Mobile eventually found itself facing some challenges: not only had consumer enthusiasm for cell phones pushed T-Mobile's IT systems to capacity; market saturation and fierce competition had forced the company to shift its sales focus from customer acquisition to customer retention. To maintain its position in the marketplace, T-Mobile concluded that it needed to modernize its dealer management processes. That's why the company implemented the mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) solution.
