FastWeb, a member company of the E.Biscom group, is the leading provider of innovative broadband telecommunication services in Italy. The need to keep track of and coordinate all processes involved in customer acquisition, network development, building management and service activation, lead FastWeb to design and implement a Service Provisioning system. The Service Provisioning system was supplemented by other systems that use Remedy's Action Request platform: systems to plan service provisioning operations as well as the activation, assessment and test of xDSL connectivity; systems to manage complaints and related maintenance services. FastWeb selected Delos for its ability in managing and adjusting Remedy's AR System platform to the company's characteristics.
