Federal Government Agency: Upgrading ARS, Help Desk, and Change Management

This federal government agency designs, prints, and furnishes a large variety of security productions and other special security documents. RIGID Systems' customer ran an older version of the AR System, Help Desk, and Change Management applications. Help Desk and Change Management were highly customized with new fields and workflow. The customer's environment consisted of the Out-Of-Box ITSM Suite and 15 additional internal customized applications. RIGID Systems installed the latest versions of AR System, Help Desk, and Change Management applications on a new server. Their customer now utilizes the new functionality offered in the ITIL Compliant AR System 6.0 and Help Desk and Change Management Applications.
