The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is one of three departments which comprise the parliamentary service and directly support the operation of parliament. This case study explains the OneOffice Platform, the most comprehensive computing platform developed for the Commonwealth Parliament and the largest information technology project the DPS has ever undertaken. DPS chose TUSC to develop an end-to-end enterprise management strategy for the OneOffice enterprise management sub project and to help them manage the implementation of this strategy. This involved the development of enterprise management methodology based on the world-best practice Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) approach.
