To address the need for flexibility, HP has integrated key control, partitioning, high availability, and utility pricing capabilities into the HP Virtual Server Environment (VSE) to dynamically allocate server capacity based on business objectives and enable significant IT efficiencies. This paper introduces the Virtualization Licensing Program, which addresses licensing of HP software for HP Integrity and HP 9000 servers.
