A global law firm, with a promise to offer clients personal attention, Reed Smith was searching for a way to wirelessly enable its attorneys to improve client services. Currently using laptops, it required a solution that offered greater convenience. After a six-month pilot project with 20 BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, Reed Smith rolled out its "Get Me Connected" program to wirelessly enable more than 1,000 of its attorneys and staff. Reed Smith's attorneys have excelled in their customer service goals, while improving productivity and balancing the demands of a personal and business life.
