With the government aiming to make health services more 'user-centric', York Health Services NHS Trust wants to provide a unified health experience for its patients. Compaq Global Services worked with York Health to design a support package that fulfilled their business needs while providing a cost-effective solution within their previous support budgets. The support package included telephone support from Cisco certified engineers, guaranteed response and fix times, software upgrades and updates and a dedicated team of engineers to ensure the availability of the network. Instead of paying for separate PBX and data network support, York Health Services now has just one support contract.
