Founded in April 2000, SEEVEAZ is the most successful learning network in the United Kingdom. It comprises 19 Primary and Secondary schools in Essex and Bromley. Given the geographical spread of the zone, approximately 2500 sq. miles, some major challenges had to be faced when considering the most appropriate infrastructure for communication both within and between schools (4 technology colleges, 5 secondary schools and 10 primary schools). The development of 'electronic classrooms' was critical to the fulfillment of the zone's vision. SEEVEAZ has risen to the challenge providing laptops, projectors and interactive whiteboards for teachers in order to transform teaching.
