This paper describes three courses which are carefully designed for telecommunications education. These three courses cover the fundamental concepts of Personal Communications Services (PCS), the relevant programming languages for software application development and the details of protocols suited for multimedia services, VoIP for example, in future All-IP network. Besides electronic slides in class lectures, instructional materials include homework assignments, lab experiments and a finial project. The objective and syllabus of the three courses are listed in this paper and a specially designed project or lab experiment chosen from each course is explained in detail.
