Hospitals are constantly looking to improve the care and attention they give their patients. One of the most effective ways to improve care is by improving the communication between patients and their caregivers. However, doctors and nurses aren't always able to be as close at hand as they would like to be. Thankfully, hospital patients, like those at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, MD, are now able to keep in closer contact with their medical care providers by using wireless technology. Anne Arundel has installed SpectraLink's Link Wireless Telephone System (Link WTS) throughout four of its buildings and connecting tunnels.
