As a provider of fully-serviced executive office suites, and virtual offices, Alliance Vancouver Executive Office Suites wanted to enhance the services it offered to clients. With increasing competition from other business centers in the city, Alliance Vancouver decided to offer its clients a Mobile Workplace featuring Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity or high-frequency Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN)). Internet access, and Wi-Fi-enabled Voice-Over-IP (VOIP) phone services within their offices gave their space an edge over the competition.
