Spaulding & Slye Colliers is a privately held company with nearly four decades of experience providing comprehensive real estate services in the disciplines of property and facility management, construction, development, leasing, investment sales, and structured finance. They wanted to enable the company's increasingly mobile workforce to access email, contact information and calendaring functions from Lotus Notes using multiple types of mobile handheld devices. They implemented Pylon Anywhere. The employees can now monitor and manage business processes that must move forward during their absence while traveling. Their employees working at the company's 74 remote sites can synchronize their handheld devices with the corporate Lotus Notes system for the first time.
