This paper details an innovative concept on the incorporation of the GPR and core databases into the pavement management system (PMS) and integrating them with the as-built database. The paper reports on the development and integration of the three listed types of databases within the PMS and depicts on how the integration could benefit the highway agencies in effectively managing the highway network.
