The European Savings Banks Financial Services Company, known as EUFISERV, maintains an international telecommunications network facilitating cross-border Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) transactions for and between European savings banks, as well as between the banks and companies like Visa, Europay, and American Express. EUFISERV operates an application switch and the connectivity to/from the switch as part of the service it offers to member banks. When faced with the need to upgrade this network infrastructure, EUFISERV chose International Network Services (INS) to ensure a smooth migration.
