Lifeline installed RightFax in 1997 at the recommendation of inTouch Technology Corp., a Boston-based solutions provider. Future plans using RightFax and integrated technologies include advancing paperless initiatives, adding Captaris FaxFiler (an add-on archival utility for RightFax), and using ACXION, (an inTouch workflow add-in for RightFax).
