Unisys Global Customer Services decided to expand its offerings to include a remote network management service. Unisys faced an aggressive timeframe to implement the remote network management center and bring its services to market to support its customer networks that spanned the globe. The company partnered with Predictive Systems (now a wholly owned subsidiary of International Network Services) to design and build a scalable solution that can manage thousands of distributed customer networks around the world. As a result of this process, Unisys and INS were able to build and implement the new complete network management service within four months.
