Actuate is a world leader in Enterprise Reporting applications. Actuate wanted to close a pending business deal quickly with Caremark, a pharmaceutical services company. IBM Sales Connections is a solution that Advanced and Premier members of IBM PartnerWorld can use to help close qualified sales opportunities through a direct connection with IBM sales representatives, resellers, or other Business Partners. Actuate used Sales Connections and within 30 days they were connected to the IBM sales team, resulting in a closed deal. Since then, they have submitted additional opportunities and look forward to closing more business.
