Danfoss first came to public attention in the 1950s when it invented the radiator thermostat, which came into its own with the first oil crisis in 1972 and has since become an integral part of heating systems as one knows them today. For its investment in the future, the company wanted a solution that had established itself in the market. With the successful deployment of SAP R3 already under its belt, Danfoss decided to implement mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) and its mobile sales capability to manage its customer data.
