Mass Mitec is a developer and provider of collaborative communications solutions. They needed a Web conferencing solution that was easy to use and very robust. The company realized thee need to develop innovative solutions for collaborative communication, meet broadcasters' needs for technologies that help ensure audience capture and participation and identify Web conferencing platform for new interactive broadcasting concept. HP Education Services provided Mass Mitec with 100 seats of HP Virtual Classroom for a three-year period. Participants entered a virtual meeting place where they could view photographs and slides, ask questions, and chat to each other via the Internet. HP provided teleconferencing services for the guests.
