Trading Post Group (TPG) was formed in Australia in June, 2001 from the merger of Trader.Com Australia and Trading Post Australia Pty. Limited. After the merge, TPG found itself with multiple call centres, customer management and accounting applications. Merging two companies together can be complex - a clear cohesive picture of the new organisation was required in order to move the business forward. TPG needed to document agreed KPI's and provide staff with accurate and timely reports to improve management discipline and accountability. Hyperion Intelligence provides reporting and analysis of TPG's SQL Server data warehouse - referred to as the Corporate Reporting Environment (CRE).
