An affiliate of the American Automobile Association, AAA Carolinas is a not-for-profit organization serving more than 1.3 million North Carolina and South Carolina members with travel, financial, insurance, and auto-related services. Customer knowledge across multiple lines of business has been an important goal across all AAA clubs nationwide. AAA Carolinas met this challenge by integrating disparate data from multiple source systems, from four distinct lines of business, into a single data warehouse. Using the Hyperion Performance Suite, AAA Carolinas turned that data into meaningful information to improve decision-making and operations throughout the organization.
