The client is a provider of technology-based business solutions focused on getting businesses to market faster with better, more robust systems. The client experienced explosive growth in the last five years resulting in fragmented non-homogeneous Financial, Staffing, Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing organizations. The company was being managed by using manual processes without any semblance of business processes and standards. The integration between the financial system (Quick Books) and Projects, Payroll and HR system was non-existent. Oracle Applications R11i was selected to implement a scalable, integrated ERP and self-service solution to replace the existing Quick Books system.
