Merseyside-based Au Logistics Ltd provides a range of services for the travel trade including brochure distribution, mailings and direct marketing. From the company's inception the management team recognised the critical role that IT systems would play in achieving their target. At the same time as Au Logistics was preparing its tenders for the contracts, it approached Dublin-based Microsoft Business Solutions consultants Mentec International and outlined its requirements. Au Logistics went live with the Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains system in the first week of October 2002.
