When a Tier 1 Wireless Service Provider was originally implementing data services, it turned to Bridgewater Systems for assistance. Bridgewater Systems deployed its CDMA2000 standards-compliant AAA Service Controller, which provides not only the Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) services required in a CDMA2000 1x network, but also value-added features that facilitate efficient operation of a CDMA2000 network, provide additional security, and allow for simple, cost-effective application integration. Because the Bridgewater Systems AAA system is so robust and scalable, the Service Provider has been able to easily launch new services as opportunities arise and even define creative new solutions to win some unique business opportunities.
