Quarry needed to integrate a newly acquired company in Dallas into the Quarry network. The Dallas building's aged and unreliable key system and data network was high-maintenance and failed to support the most basic voice and data communications, so it clearly would not support Quarry's robust Technology Enhanced Communications and state-of-the-art customer Brand Experience Lab. Working with Sprint Integration Services, Quarry chose Nortel Networks Business Series Portfolio of products, including Business Communications Manager (BCM), with IP telephones and the BayStack Business Policy Switch (BPS) - all of which integrated seamlessly with Quarry's pre-established infrastructure of Nortel Networks voice and data equipment.
