This paper proposes a new Bayesian blind detection/identification algorithm for CDMA system in presence of spatial diversity at the receiver. Such algorithm provides good performance even for short frame length (typically, 10 symbol periods) and for large system load. Furthermore, simulation results show that the proposed method is close to the MLSE algorithm and outperforms the ALS algorithm.
