Australia's Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is delivering a greater level of service to job seekers more efficiently with the help of Mercury Interactive application testing and monitoring solutions. They needed to effectively manage a large and complex testing and monitoring environment to help bring job seekers and employment opportunities together more effectively through the innovative use of technology including a new IP environment. The solutions used were Mercury Interactive's TestDirector, QuickTest Professional, WinRunner and Topaz Business Monitor, Topaz Real User Monitor and Sitescope.
