MCI WorldCom will support interoperability of IPS and SVS, so that users of a service from one FTS2001 provider will be able to communicate with users of the same service from another FTS2001 provider. This interoperability will be achieved with commercially available services at no additional cost to Government. Because different levels of interoperability are offered on a commercial basis, MCI WorldCom will work with the Government and other providers to ensure interoperability of commercial services.
