IPcelerate's solution is IP-based and leverages the IP network already present in almost 100 percent of government facilities. IPcelerate's turnkey solution consists of IPcelerate, Inc.'s IPsession Application server, Cisco IP Communications (Cisco IPC), alerting devices, and wireless repeaters, if required. Upon sensing an alarm condition in the previously mentioned environment, IPsession sends pre-defined notifications to individuals and devices according to business rules established by government administrators, without further human intervention. In the same way that software tools like voice mail and e-mail have automated the messaging function, IPcelerate IPsession automates monitoring and alerting functions.
