ING Comercial America is a Mexican company and a, leader in the insurance, pension benefits and guaranties industry, providing financial services to people who are engaged in developing new projects in Mexico. They needed Wield technology to optimize productivity and agility, increase customer retention, offer discounts, segment customer base, and design customized products, provide employees with real-time availability and ease access to customers' credit history, lower costs to increase competitiveness and reduce training costs. The solution was to move from proprietary systems and consolidate customer database onto HP Integrity rx5670 server and HP storage, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and SAS for middleware and business intelligence.
