Web Services approach is an appropriate paradigm for open large-scale environment applications, especially e-Marketplaces. Multi-Agent system is an appropriate construction methodology for such services to realize their complex interaction and coordination behaviors. In this view, an e-Marketplace is proposed to be modeled as a collaborative integration environment with service-oriented agents (SOAs). SOAs involve integration between service-oriented computing and software agents. This paper, however, is devoted to integrating agent-oriented knowledge representation with service-oriented communication protocols.
