There is ever-increasing pressure on Wireless Service Providers to grow their average revenue per user (ARPU) whilst decreasing their operating costs. These contradictory objectives can only be achieved through radical changes in processes and practices. The introduction of compelling wireless data services gives operators an opportunity to attract higher profit customers, but with a significant increase in the complexity of their network. Operators need to re-assess monitoring and measurement methods to ensure that their customers are receiving the best possible user experience in a cost effective manner. This webcast discusses an end-to-end holistic approach to monitoring network quality of service, from a wireless user's perspective.
