To remain competitive, Telemobil had an aggressive vision: to be the first digital 450 MHz mobile operator in the world. In order to meet its objective to be the first 3G mobile operator in Romania, Telemobil knew it needed to improve the way in which it priced and promoted mobile services to its customers. In order to meet this goal, CSG's Professional Services Team served as the project's prime contractor, working side-by-side with Telemobil's staff to implement the key billing solutions and ensuring that key timelines were met as Telemobil's CDMA 2000 network also was being deployed.
