This paper continues the work on the analysis and formalization of enterprise architecture frameworks, proposing a number of principles related to the construction and use of these frameworks. These principles are intended to guide the development of a formal foundation for frameworks. Enterprise architecture frameworks organize, manage, and interrelate the wide variety of models used to structure and operate an enterprise.
