Ticket develops and manages innovative ways for companies and public institutions to win the loyalty of their employees and increase their productivity. Ticket launched a major overhaul of its business systems in 2001, replacing the company's legacy systems with an Oracle-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. The company implemented Oracle E-Business Suite applications for automating and integrating financial, accounting, sales and customer service processes, and unified the business around a single Oracle database and information architecture. The new platform features Oracle customer relationship management (CRM) applications for improving the productivity of Ticket's call centers, and financial analysis tools that give managers more insight into product profitability.
